I love your book shelves. I had bookshelves at my condo and now I realize how much I miss them! Gonna have to figure out a good place to build some. PS my son is published author of 3 books (Political Thrillers) now sure where he got his talent!) I was the librarian…aka a collector of books!

I have a library with built in book shelves almost to ceiling (had to save room up there for decor). I absolutely love it! Yours looks awesome too. Nothing quite like books! Good job!

Your library area looks great. What a nice reading nook. I agree a nice cushion and some pillows on that bench is in order. It'll make it so much cozier and more comfortable. You will appreciate the adjustable shelves. I have them in my kitchen cabinets and love them. Everything is coming together for you. I like the wall behind the bench part of your cabinetry. It adds contrast. Later on though you can paint it if you desire. Isn't amazing how many books you acquire and don't even know it until you put them out on shelves.

The bedroom with the black furniture and white walls is stunning! Everything including the bedding coordinates so well together…the chair however doesn’t look right in there….I would definitely move it out 😊

Bookshelf looks wonderful. Very child friendly as it should be for you! I symphatized with you about the delivery boxes, I wont bring them in the house anymore. They get opened up in the garage or outside of the entry door.

Ok, this is one woman's opinion that does not live in your house to actually see for myself, but I feel like the hood vent wreath gets lost in the black of the hood vent. 🤷

The weather here in the midwest has been unreal with all the rain and flooding.Last Sat.a 130 year old church was destroyed by a tornado.Wish we could send some of the rain to states that need it.The library is so cozy and came out perfect.Bye

I love the polka-dot sheets & coverlet. Nice way to add a smidge of color without overwhelming space. For your shelving unit...you could get an acrylic book holder and open a book to display it. Great video. Thank you!

Personally, I think all of these influencers, putting all these pillows on their bed, comforter and blanket. How exhausting to have to remove all this stuff at night and put it back in the day. And in the summer, why would you want all these heavy quilts and blankets on your bed? I guess having the picture perfect is more important than logic. Just my opinion!

I am in complete agreement with you on “dance moms”. My girls loved it and EVEN MY HUSBAND used to watch with them. I couldn’t stand all the arguing and backstabbing

I love that Ethan loves Diary of a Wimpy Kid. My son Matthew loved those books. When he graduated from college and got married, I asked him if he wanted me to donate them to a teacher friend of mine so she could use them in her classroom. His answer was “NO WAY, I’m keeping those”. He is 25 yrs old now.
